You can access and edit your business and personal information in the “Company Profile” and “My Profile” platform segments. You may choose to have your account deactivated by contacting us however please note that if you choose to deactivate your account you will not be able to sign in to the platform. If you deactivate your account, we may still retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, to enforce our terms and conditions, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. Your choices about collection and use of your information You may choose to opt out of receiving promotional material via text messages or emails. Note that we may send you other types of transactional and relationship communications, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.

Business Community Network

Posts, content and information you provide using the network will be publicly available and can be collected and used by others. We cannot control who reads your posting or what other users do with the information you post or provide. By signing up to the platform and approving out terms of Service we lawfully have the right to contact you under the Established Business relationship exemption. Should you wish not to be contacted by us – please advise us using our contact form and we will appropriately remove you from all our lists within 30 days of receiving the request. Please note that this will affect our ability to provide you with services.

CCPA Notice

We do not “sell” personal information that we collect from you as “sell” is defined in the CCPA, and treat personal information we collect from you as subject to a do not sell request. In addition, we are not as yet required to comply with CCPA restrictions in terms of prerequisite thresholds.
